Refund and product policy<\/h1>\n

Refunds are made only after our store is informed at least one day before the delivery<\/strong> of the product and the refund is made directly to the customer’s card that has been charged.<\/p>\n

Cancellations of orders submitted on the same day for same day execution are not accepted. Even in the case where the sender “changes his mind” and does not wish to send the flowers, they may not be sent but the charge of the initial amount is not returned. Complaints regarding the good quality of the delivered products are accepted ONLY on the same day<\/strong> of delivery and ONLY from the sender (<\/strong>who has been charged for their value) and not later, in writing by e-mail.<\/p>\n
