Refund and product policy

Refunds are made only after our store is informed at least one day before the delivery of the product and the refund is made directly to the customer’s card that has been charged.

Cancellations of orders submitted on the same day for same day execution are not accepted. Even in the case where the sender “changes his mind” and does not wish to send the flowers, they may not be sent but the charge of the initial amount is not returned.
